Terms of use

By using the AI Photo Lab apps or website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Using the prompts

You may copy any prompt, edit it, and use it with any AI tool to make images for yourself. You may not:

• republish the prompt library, or a large part of it, as a competing website, app, dataset or training corpus;
• scrape the site or access it with automated tools beyond normal search-engine crawling;
• use prompts to create illegal, sexual, harassing or deceptive content, including images of real people without their consent.

Creating images in the app

The app can create an image from a photo you choose and a style’s prompt, using Microsoft Azure OpenAI or OpenAI. To use it you must be 18 or older and signed in with Google or Apple. You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed, and you must not use it to:

• create sexual images, or any image of a child;
• impersonate, harass or mislead, or depict a real person without their consent;
• remove the AI-generated marking from an image’s metadata, or pass an image off as a real photograph.

Results are made by AI and vary: an image may not look exactly like you, and a provider may refuse a photo. You are responsible for the images you create and how you share them. You can report an image from the app; we may remove images and close accounts that break these terms. Generated images are kept for 30 days.

Credits and purchases

• Each image uses one credit. A refused or failed generation gives the credit back.
• You can get free credits when you first sign in and by watching ads (up to a daily limit), and buy credit packs in the app. Prices are shown in the app before you pay; purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
• Bought credits don’t expire, but they belong to your account: they can’t be transferred or exchanged for money, and are lost if you delete your account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; credits from a refunded purchase are removed. We may change free-credit offers and pack sizes, which doesn’t affect credits you already have.

AI Photo Lab Pro

• Pro is a monthly subscription. It removes ads, opens every prompt in the app and gives a set number of credits each month. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe and is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
• It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the month ends. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; Pro then lasts until the end of the month you paid for.
• Pro credits are used before your other credits and reset when your month renews: unused Pro credits don’t carry over or remain after Pro ends. Credits you bought or earned separately are kept.
• Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Pro; cancel it in your store settings first.

Accounts

Signing in to the app with Google or Apple backs up your saved styles and is needed to create images and hold credits. You’re responsible for your Google or Apple account. You can delete your AI Photo Lab account at any time; see how to delete your account. We may close accounts used to abuse the service.

Third-party AI tools

Gemini, ChatGPT and other tools are run by other companies under their own terms. We aren’t affiliated with them and can’t guarantee what any tool produces. Results vary between tools and attempts.

Example images

Example results are AI-generated to show what a prompt can make. They don’t depict real events. You are responsible for the images you create and how you use them.

Advertising

AI Photo Lab is free to use and supported by ads from third parties such as Google. We don’t endorse advertisers and aren’t responsible for their products. See the privacy policy for how ads use your data.

No warranty and limit of liability

The apps and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of AI Photo Lab or of any prompt.

Changes
