Delete your AI Photo Lab account

You only have an account to delete if you signed in to the AI Photo Lab app with Google or Apple. Without signing in, the app keeps no name or email for you, and uninstalling it is enough.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open AI Photo Lab and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you’ll confirm with Apple first.

Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email codigicsolutions@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my AI Photo Lab account” from the email address you signed in with, and say whether you used Google or Apple. We’ll delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and its sign-in details (name, email, profile photo and Google or Apple account ID).
• Your saved styles. The public like count of each style you saved goes down by one.
• Images you created in the app and the photos they were made from, and your credits, including any you bought and haven’t used.
• Your Pro status and Pro credits.
• Messages you sent us from “Contact us”.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel AI Photo Lab Pro. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you’ll keep being charged.

What may remain

• Usage analytics and session recordings, which aren’t linked to your name or email, until they expire.
• Server request logs, kept for a short time for security.
• Our team’s sign-up and purchase alerts (your name, email, country and purchases), kept for up to a year.
• Purchase records Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep under their own policies.
