Privacy policy
Last updated 19 September 2026
This policy covers the AI Photo Lab website. Our mobile apps have their own privacy policy in their store listings. The website has no accounts and never asks for your photos, name, email or phone number.
What we collect
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which prompts are copied. It records pages viewed, approximate location (country or city, from your IP address), device and browser type, and events such as “prompt copied”.
- Advertising data. Ads are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and measure them, as described below.
- Clipboard. When you press a copy button, the site writes the prompt to your clipboard. It never reads your clipboard.
Advertising and cookies
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised ads or non-essential cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy message link on the page.
Why we use it
- To understand which prompts are useful, so we can improve the library.
- To show ads that keep the site free, and to measure them.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal information. Data is processed by Google (Analytics, AdSense and Firebase hosting) on our behalf and under Google’s own policies. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EEA, UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to processing. Because we don’t hold accounts, most data is held by Google against cookie identifiers; clearing your cookies removes that link. For anything else, email codigicsolutions@gmail.com.
Children
The website is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We’ll update the date at the top when this policy changes. See also our terms of use.
